1) TWO WINNERS OF THE FIRST/LAST TRY COMPETITION
The sixth round of the 2021-2022 competition – Llandovery v RGC – saw two winners. The first Llandovery try from Iestyn Rees (7) earned Rob Salt £50. The last try was scored by Rhodri Wall (21) and won £50 for Tony Williams.
The seventh round is at the Llandovery v Bridgend league game on January 3 2022
2) DIARY
There are to be three pre-match hospitality days in 2022 in “The Red Room”
- i) January 22 when Llandovery will be at home in the Indigo Cup to either RGC or Pontypridd who meet to qualify at Colwyn Bay on January 8 2022
- ii) January 29 before the Llandovery v Newport game
iii) March 12 before the Pontypridd game
These are in addition to the end of season Gala Dinner, the date of which is yet to be fixed
