I hope you enjoyed last Saturday’s hospitality and the victory that followed. The first try scorer was prop Jamie Hughes (1) giving your correspondent £50. Last try scorer was Harri Doel (14) bringing another windfall to Rob and Helen Salt. Interestingly, Jamie Hughes scored two tries and hooker Cam Lewis also scored two tries.
The date of the Gala Dinner will be confirmed shortly.
The ‘Guess the score’ competition gave a rather embarrassing result! The final score was Llandovery 36 – RGC 30, and the nearest guess (mine) was 37 – 31. All paperwork and correspondence is available for inspection in the Club office.
With my run of luck, I am just off to buy some lottery tickets!
