25 Club circular Oct 18 2021
The next pre-match hospitality for 25 Club members will be on Saturday November 6 2021 (1.00pm – 2.25pm) prior to the Llandovery v Carmarthen Quins Premiership Cup game.
Because of catering issues, numbers will be strictly limited to 50 people ie a 25 Club member and the one guest.
Please bring your membership card with you and your guests. Please also use your card at the bar to obtain your drinks.
It is imperative that members inform Gina Deering by letter, phone or email of their attendance with/without a guest.
Members should also be advised that all beverages should be consumed within the confines of The Red Room and not taken out to touchline or stands before or during the game.
The open bar will close at 2.25pm.
