- There was a good turnout for the pre-match hospitality at the Llandovery v Llanelli game with members bringing guests and friends along to The Red Room.
For clarification, members should know that any extra guests – on top of the one allowed guest – can only be accommodated if there is available space and room.
There is a £10 charge per person for guests who are paid up Llandovery RFC members and a £20 charge for outsiders.
The next pre-match hospitality will be at the Llandovery v Carmarthen Quins game on November 6. Those members intending to be present are asked to let Gina Deering know if they are bringing a guest as numbers will be limited to 50.
2) TWO WINNERS OF THE FIRST/LAST TRY COMPETITION
The second round of the 2021-2022 competition – Llandovery v Llanelli – saw two winners. The first Llandovery try from Will Thomas (15) earned Brian Jones £50. The sixth and last try was scored by Osian Davies (5) which got John Herring the other £50.
Neither Brian nor John could be at the game and they will receive their cheques by post this week.
The third round is at the Llandovery v Bridgend game on Oct 9 2021.

Members who are still to apply for their two free Six Nations should get in touch asap with Gina at the club office.
The club has to get its application for tickets into the WRU in the next few weeks. To guarantee your two tickets, please apply this week, ending October 9
