1) ONE WINNER OF THE FIRST/LAST TRY COMPETITION
The second round of the 2022-23 competition – Llandovery v RGC – saw just the one winner. Hooker Dafydd Hughes (2) scored both the first and last try so earning Katherine Davies £100 (£50 + £50)
The third round will be the next home game against Bridgend on Friday November 18 (evening kick off)
2) APPLICATIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL TICKETS FOR THE AUTUMN GAMES ARE NOW OPEN.
New Zealand (Nov 5); Argentina (Nov 12); Georgia (Nov 19); Australia (Nov 26).
Mindful of the fact that it has become very difficult and expensive to go and see an international at the Principality Stadium, the 25 Club is offering all members a special concession for the Wales v Georgia game on November 19 (KO 1 pm).
Instead of the usual two tickets, members will have access to a block of 4 good seats for the Georgia game.
This offer is proving popular and applications should be made to Gina Deering at the club offices asap so that the best available seats can be booked.
3) Members who have not yet had their 25 Club Membership cards can pick them up from Gina at the Church Bank Office. Most cards were handed out at the Newport game but there were a small number of members unable to attend and pick up their cards

West End Cafe continues to offer all 25 Club members a discount of 10% on food and beverage purchased at the cafe. Claim your 10% on production of your new 25 Club membership card.
The Three Horse Shoes offer a 10% discount on all restaurant meals and in house drinks – again on production of the 25 Club card.
Ozzy’s Kebab & Pizza offers 10% discount on production of the 25 Club card.

National League placings will be decided on the basis of League points gained during the season. Where teams have gained equal numbers of League points, the team with the most wins shall be given preference. If the number of wins is equal, the team with the fewest losses shall be given preference. If the number of losses is equal then the Club having recorded the most tries in the Season shall be given preference. If the number of tries is equal the points ‘for’ shall be divided by the points ‘against’ and the team with the highest factor shall be declared to have the better rec
