1) TWO WINNERS OF THE FIRST/LAST TRY COMPETITION
The seventh round of the 2022-23 competition – Llandovery v Pontypridd – saw two winners. Hooker Craig Thomas (2) scored the first try, so earning Katherine Davies £50.
Scrum half Lee Rees (9) got the last try winning Geraint Morgan the other £50
The eigth round will be the next home league game against Cardiff on Thursday March 2 (KO 7 30 pm)

2) 10% DISCOUNT
West End Cafe continues to offer all 25 Club members a discount of 10% on food and beverage purchased at the cafe. Claim your 10% on production of your new 25 Club membership card.
The Three Horse Shoes offer a 10% discount on all restaurant meals and in house drinks – again on production of the 25 Club card.

3) Members will be interested to know that betting continues on both the Welsh Premiership and Championship with bookmakers DragonBet.
For the Pontypridd game, the handicap was Llandovery –13.5 so those who supported the Drovers to win by fourteen points or over were sadly out of pocket.

4) The next 25 Club all inclusive hospitality date is Saturday March 25 (1 pm – 2 25 pm) when the Drovers entertain Llanelli.
The end of season dinner will be on Friday May 5 – a three course meal with all beer and wines included. More details to follow.

WRU regulations state:
National League placings will be decided on the basis of League points gained during the season. Where teams have gained equal numbers of League points, the team with the most wins shall be given preference.
