Llandovery’s much anticipated match against SRC league leaders Cardiff on Saturday November 23 had to be postponed because of high winds and their accompanying dangers.
Arrangements for the launch of the book, Blwddyn Bythgoviadwy, A Chronicle Of An Unforgettable Season, scheduled for a spot after the Llandovery – Cardiff game, had to be quickly improvised and the launch brought forward as part of a 25 Club pre-match function.
But books will be on sale (£20) before and after every home game, starting with the SRC clash with Bridgend on November 30.
The Drovers will be at home on every Saturday up to Christmas, with Pontypool, RGC and Carmarthen Quins all set to take on the challenge of Church Bank.
Players and coaches will be ready and willing, post match, to sign their names on the Autograph section on page 192 and/or under their pen portraits on pages 161-17.
Books can now also be purchased from various retail outlets in and around Llandovery and elsewhere.
They will be ideal Christmas presents for all Drovers fans and supporters, past and present players and all followers of the revitalised semi-professional game in Wales
