- FIRST/LAST TRY COMPETITION
In the fourth of the first/last try competitions of the season (Llandovery v Neath), the winners were Phil Ratcliffe (7) and Geraint Morgan (21)
Flanker Jordan Evans scored the first try to the £50 benefit of Phil Ratcliffe and replacement Gabe McDonald crossed for the last Llandovery try to earn Geraint Morgan the other £50.
Both winners were unable to be with us and their winnings will be sent on.
The fifth round of the competition will be on November 11on the occasion of the Llandovery v Pontypool game.
- DISCOUNT
On production of their membership card, 25 Club members can take advantage of a 10% discount when eating in at The West End Café.
Ozzy’s have also generously offered a 10% discount on purchases.
- DRAGONBET
Bookmakers Dragonbet (dragonbet.co.uk) offered odds on the Llandovery v Neath They gave the Welsh All Blacks a 25 point start against the Drovers.
Llandovery won by a margin of 31 (38-7)) so a number of 25 Club members who backed the team to win by over 25 points were in the money.
- SIX NATIONS
Members can now apply for their pair of complimentary tickets for any one of Wales’s home games in the 2024 Six Nations.
Wales v Scotland Feb 3; Wales v France March 12; Wales v Italy March 16.
